The Knights are in super form heading into this fixture. They topped their pool and were pushed hard in the quarter-final before finally prevailing.

Batting first against Western Province, they compiled a massive 223-3 in their 20 overs. Rilee Rossouw with 112 runs and Farhaan Behardien with 57 runs were outstanding, as they fired the Knights to a mammoth total.

They started well with the ball, but then subsided badly. Alfred Mothoa with 2-35 in four overs was the main threat, as they eventually held their nerve for a narrow four-run victory.

North West Form

North West finished second in Pool C. They managed to get over the line in a cliff hanger against favourites Boland in the quarter-final.

Batting first, the Dragons managed a defendable 156-8 in their 20 overs. Eben Botha scored 41 runs and Lesego Senokwane 40 runs to ensure they had a target of worth to defend.

Despite getting off to an awful start in the field, they kept plugging away and managed to stay in the contest. Duan Jansen with 2-19 off his four overs helped them keep their nerve and secure a narrow three run victory.

North West News and Injuries

No injuries reported out of the camp, so no changes will be made. Same starting lineup as in the quarter-final.
