The daughter of Alado tries the mile and if seeing out the extra distance on offer, she should shed her maiden tag.

PACIFIC DUKE set the pace in his last start, but was outrun in the latter stages. He has won twice and finished second once from as many starts over this C&D. He meets a similar type of field today and if switching off early, he may be hard to peg back.

CAPERNAUM ran a good race when finishing third over 2000m on this course last time. He set the pace and stayed on nicely at the finish. The son of Querari drops in class and should be cherry-ripe. If seeing out the 2200m, he should notch up his third career victory.
