England vs Pakistan 3rd ODI Betting Tips and Options

England host Pakistan in the third of five ODIs in their series on Tuesday at the Bristol County Ground. For the World Cup hosts, this is a chance to take a 2-0 lead in the series. Jos Buttler was instrumental in the second ODI for Trevor Bayliss' team, but this time out, Jason Roy is a fantastic bet for top home batsman at 3.75 via Betway.

Buttler scored 110 not out off just 55 balls for England in the last match at the Rose Bowl to seal the win for the hosts. However, he is reportedly set to be rested for the upcoming game as England tinker with their team ahead of the World Cup.

Jason Roy was the next highest scorer for England at the Rose Bowl with 87 and is a good bet for top home runscorer regardless of whether or not Buttler plays. Not only did he open the batting for England last time out but he is also a man on a mission.

Being dropped for the 2017 Champions Trophy semifinal proved a turning point in Roy's career and he has come back stronger than ever. The hunger of the batsman was evident when he described his 87 in the last match as "OK".

Roy complained of rustiness in Southampton, and if that was the performance of a rusty Roy, who knows what he is capable of when in top form?

Here are some other bets available to you for Tuesday's 3rd ODI:
  • England Win incl. SO: 1.38 at Betway
  • Pakistan Win incl. SO: 2.88 at Betway
