To participate, follow these steps.

1. The competition will start at 00:00 on Saturday 1 November 2025 and will end at 23:59 on Wednesday 10 December 2025.

2. This competition is only available to players who are over the age of 18 years and have an account with 10bet.

3. To enter, players must opt into the competition and place eligible bets to earn points.

4. The competition is based on the total number of points accumulated by each player during the competition period. The player with the highest total points at the end of the competition will be declared the winner.

6. Bets must be settled during the competition period to count towards the total points. Any bets settled after the competition ends will not qualify.

7. Players earn points based on how much they bet. Every R10 wagered earns 1 base point and higher bets earn extra points as detailed below:

• R20 - R29 = 5 points

• R30 - R49 = 7 points

• R50 - R99 = 13 points

• R100 - R999 = 150 points

• R1000 - R1999 = 2000 points

• R2000 - R4999 = 5000 points

• R5000+ = 15000 points

Examples:

• R9 bet = 0 points

• R10 bet = 1 base point

• R100 split into ten R10 bets = 10 base points

• R100 bet = 150 points plus 1 base point (151 points in total)

8. Players stand a chance to win one (1) white BMW X3 2.0 (“the prize”).

9. The prize is non-transferable, is not exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

10. 10bet will cover the initial costs associated with the prize, including but not limited to, the vehicle’s licensing and registration fees. The winner must allow 10bet a reasonable time period to arrange for the car to be ordered, registered and licensed in his/her name and must provide 10bet with all information and original documentation required for this purpose, including an identity document together with a valid driver’s license.

11. If the winner does not hold a valid driver’s licence, they may nominate another licensed individual (such as a spouse or immediate family member) to take delivery of and drive the vehicle on their behalf, subject to 10bet’s approval and compliance with all legal requirements.

12. Any subsequent costs, renewal fees or ongoing expenses related to the prize, including but not limited to fuel, servicing beyond the included plan and any other operational costs will be the sole responsibility of the winner.

13. The prize includes a 3-year/45,000 km service and maintenance plan of the vehicle, as provided by the Midrand BMW dealership.

14. Vehicle delivery is subject to model availability and will be coordinated under the specific guidance of the authorised BMW dealership. 10bet will not be held responsible for any delays in delivery or any additional fees or duties arising in connection therewith.

15. Should the winner choose to insure the vehicle, all costs, quotes, and the management of the respective insurance policy will be the exclusive responsibility of the winner.

16. 10bet will not be liable for any issues arising from the vehicle’s warranty or maintenance following handover. Upon delivery, the winner will be solely responsible for maintaining the vehicle in accordance with the dealership’s or manufacturer’s applicable warranty and maintenance policies.

17. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, 10bet reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

18. 10bet does not accept any responsibility for any damage, loss or injury suffered by any player entering the competition or as a result of accepting the prize. However, nothing shall exclude 10bet’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

19. The vehicle will be branded with 10bet logos and promotional material for a period of six (6) months.

20. The winner may not sell, transfer, or otherwise dispose of the vehicle during the six (6) month branding period. The vehicle may only be sold or transferred once this period has expired.

21. Players can follow the leaderboard at any time on the 10bet Tournaments page.

22. If two or more players finish with the same total points, the player who reached their final total first will be declared the winner.

23. At the end of the competition, a due diligence review will be conducted on the final leaderboard to verify all point calculations and ensure that no fraudulent activity has affected the results or prize allocation.

24. The final competition standings and prize will be confirmed and published no later than twenty four (24) hours after the end of the competition.

25. A 10bet representative will contact the winner in order to arrange the live handover of the prize. We will attempt to contact the winner for a period of two (2) business days. If the winner cannot be reached or declines the prize, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to the next eligible player on the leaderboard in accordance with 10bet’s discretion.

26. If the winner resides outside the province of Gauteng, 10bet will cover the cost of economy class flights to and from Johannesburg for the winner to attend the live handover. Both flights will be booked for the same day. After the handover, the vehicle will be delivered to the BMW dealership in the winner’s hometown. 10bet will not be responsible for any additional travel, accommodation or incidental expenses related to the handover event.

27. 10bet reserves the right to suspend players from the competition due to potential fraudulent activity.

28. 10bet reserves the right to change prize conditions and/or to vary, suspend or cancel the competition at its own discretion for reasonable and/or justifiable reasons and without notice. In such event you hereby waive any rights or expectations which you may have against 10bet and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against 10bet.

29. By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the players and/or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold 10bet, its Directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors harmless from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from participating in the competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize.

30. By participating in the competition, players agree that 10bet may collect and process your personal information for the purpose of this competition and in accordance with our Privacy Policy available here: https://www.10bet.co.za/help/privacy-policy/ and to take part in reasonable live and/or post-event publicity and to the use of your name and photographs in such publicity subject to the winners right to decline participation in such activities.

31. Subject to the winner’s explicit consent, 10bet may use the winner’s name, image, and video footage of the prize handover for marketing and promotional purposes. The winner will not be entitled to any remuneration for such use.

32. Every player participating in the competition will be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions, the General 10bet Terms & Conditions and the 10bet General Promotional Terms, by virtue of participation.

33. These Terms and Conditions will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
