Polokwane City vs AmaZulu Predictions

The visitors have been in excellent form. I see AmaZulu beating Polokwane in a match with only one side on target.

Key Stats – AmaZulu Could Prove Too Strong

Polokwane City are winless in 3 home matches.
Polokwane City have seen Under 1.5 goals in 5 of their last 7 matches vs AmaZulu.
AmaZulu have won 7 of their last 10 matches.
AmaZulu have seen BTTS No in 8 of their last 9 matches.

Head to Head – Polokwane Hold Advantage, Won Last Meeting

Polokwane City hold a 5-4 advantage across 17 clashes with eight draws. They’re unbeaten in five matches vs AmaZulu.

Polokwane City won 1-0 at AmaZulu when the clubs last met in November 2025.

Polokwane City Form – One Win Four

Rise and Shine sit eighth in the PSL table. Their last eight matches in all competitions have yielded just two wins.

Polokwane won 1-0 at AmaZulu in November before a 0-0 home draw vs TS Galaxy. Their final match before the AFCON break brought a fine 2-1 win at Stellenbosch with 2.28 xG produced.

They resumed the season with a 1-0 defeat at Durban City. Their last match saw a 2-2 home draw vs Orbit College as Polokwane conceded in the 87th minute having outshot their opponents 16-5.

Seven Wins in 10 – AmaZulu Flying High in Fourth Spot

Usuthu have won seven of their last ten matches. They sit fourth in the PSL table but have played two matches more than the three clubs above them.

After three wins in four matches, they lost 2-0 away at Richards Bay. A 1-0 win at Golden Arrows ended the first half of the season on a strong note.

AmaZulu resumed with a 3-2 win over TS Galaxy and a 1-0 win at Marumo Gallants. They were outclassed by Orlando Pirates in a 2-0 home loss where they were outshot 18-3.
