- Novak Djokovic Form
- Alex de Minaur has lost 14 of his last 15 matches against Top 10 players.

- Novak Djokovic has won 42 of his last 44 matches at Wimbledon.
- Novak Djokovic has only dropped 12 games in his last 2 matches.
- Novak Djokovic has reached the last 4 Wimbledon finals.
Head to Head
In three previous matches, Djokovic has won twice and De Minaur once. They last met on the clay last season, a match the Serb won in straight sets.
Alex de Minaur Form
Alex de Minaur has had a decent season but has dropped out of the top 10. Now ranked 11th, the Australian has the game to trouble Djokovic on grass, but his inconsistency leaves much to be desired.
It has been a reasonably straight forward route to this stage for De Minaur. He beat Robert Carballes Baena in the first round without dropping a set before going four sets against Arthur Cazaux in round two.
Round three, De Minaur had to face qualifier, August Holmgren, winning the match 6-4 7-6 6-3.
Novak Djokovic Form
Novak Djokovic has dropped down to sixth in the world rankings but that has not slowed him down. The Serb has had another strong season, most recently reaching the semi-final of Roland Garros.
Djokovic dropped a set unexpectedly in the first round of Wimbledon but eventually saw off Alexandre Muller in four. That was followed by a brilliant performance as Djokovic made light work of Daniel Evans, dropping just five games in the match.
In round three, Djokovic was again in good form, beating Miomir Kecmanovic 6-3 6-0 6-4.
Verdict
I am backing Novak Djokovic to cruise past the Australian in three sets.
