The options include at least two correct scores each week, adding to the difficulty of topping the leaderboard.

Points are earned for each selection and the tipster topping the leaderboard wins the R5000 prize pool every week.

How To Enter The Betway Select Competition

It is simple to enter - you just need to be a Betway.co.za customer and logged into your account.

Once logged in, you can get started.

Head to the Betway Select page to make your selections on the 10 Premier League games taking place in the round.

You will need to select either a match result (1X2) for some games or a correct score for others and earn points for each correct selection.

The leaderboard points system works as follows:

2 points for correctly predicting the outcome on Match Result fixtures
8 points for correctly predicting the Correct Score outcome

Prizes are then awarded to the tipster topping the leaderboard with R5000 debited into your Betway betting account. If there are ties, the jackpot will be shared.

To be eligible for the prize, the winner must be registered on the relevant Betway website and have also successfully completed the FICA process
Betway reserves the right to make changes to the game rules from time to time and it is the customer’s responsibility to check the terms and conditions regularly to take notice of any changes made, and agree to do so. If a customer disagrees with any changes or additions made, then they are encouraged not to continue playing Betway Select.
Players are encouraged to make their selections every matchweek, but if they fail to do so, their selections will default to a “Draw” selection on Match Result and “0-0” on Correct Score markets for the matchweek.
Your selections must be submitted a minimum of two hours prior to kick-off of the first match of the matchweek.
After each matchweek, players will be able to see their position on the leaderboard within 48 hours after the conclusion of the last game of the matchweek.
If there is a fixture in a matchweek that is postponed, abandoned or where less than 90 minutes is played, the fixture will be considered void.
The game consists of a single winner every matchweek
Winners will be determined by the most points on the leaderboard for each matchweek
Should there be a tie in points at the end of the weekly round, a random draw is used to determine the prize winner out of those who are tied.
Winners shall be contacted during the week following the matchweek. The names of the winners shall be displayed on Betway’s social media pages based on their consent.
The prize is not transferable, and no substitution is permitted. The prize will not be handed/awarded to a third party, but only to the verified prize winner.
All players will be deemed to have accepted the rules and entry requirements of Betway Select.
