As things stand ahead of the first round where South Africa host Australia and Argentina host New Zealand on 16 August, the outright odds to win the tournament are as follows with Betway:

For example, in the first round, you could place a single bet on South Africa to win the Rugby Championship at 2.05. That will qualify you for the risk-free bet.
Then, you could, for whatever amount up to R1000, bet on Australia +18 against South Africa on 16 August. Should South Africa cover -18, you will receive a refund for the amount of your bet.
