1. The promotion will run from 1 July until 31 August, 23:59.

2. Players need to place a wager on any of the listed games below in order to participate and earn tickets into the lucky draw.

4. Every R100 accumulated wager will grant the player/s 1 ticket into the lucky draw.

5. There is no limit to the number of entries a player can submit.

6. Tickets will be allocated, regardless of whether the outcome of the game round has the player winning or losing.

7. All qualifying tickets will be placed into a virtual vault from which 3 winners will be randomly selected.

8. The draw will be audited by an independent accounting firm.

9. Evolution will be responsible for purchasing the vehicles, specifically the 3 Polo Vivos, as the prizes for the winners. In addition to purchasing the vehicles for the winners, Evolution will cover the initial costs, including and limited to the licensing and registration fees. The purchase of the vehicles will include a 3 year/45,000km service and maintenance plan. Any subsequent fees which may be applicable, or any renewal fees or ongoing costs shall be the independent responsibility of the winners. Vehicle delivery shall be subject to model availability and under the specific guidance of the car dealership. Evolution won’t be held responsible for any delays in delivery or any further fees or duties in this regard.

10. To qualify to win one of the vehicles, the winner must possess a valid driver's license.

11. Should the winner/s choose to insure the respective vehicles and/or prizes, all fees and quotes as well as management of the insurance policy/ies will be the independent responsibility of the winner/s.

12. Evolution shall not be responsible for the warranty and maintenance of the vehicle purchased for the winner. Evolution's responsibility is limited to the purchase of the vehicle. The winner shall be solely responsible for the maintenance of the vehicle upon handover to them, which will be subject to the terms and conditions of the vehicle supplier's maintenance and warranty policies.

13. There will be an independently audited draw in order for the winners to be selected, on or about Wednesday 03 September 2025. After the draw winners will be notified on or about 05 September 2025 that they have won.

14. There will be a prize giving ceremony which will be held on or about 10 September 2025 at Barons V+A Waterfront (or an alternative Barons dealership in South Africa if advised prior to the ceremony), and the prize will be handed over to the lucky winner jointly by the Operator whose customer has won the prize and Evolution. Winners will be transported to the venue for the prize giving ceremony, including flights and 1 night’s accommodation if they don’t reside in the Western Cape.

15. Winners who reside outside of Cape Town will be required to take deliver of the vehicle from a Baron’s dealership closest to where they reside in South Africa.

16. The ceremony will be recorded and circulated on social media, all Confidential and Personal Information that will be disclosed during the ceremony will be done in accordance with the POPIA Act, for the purpose of creating exposure for both the operator and Evolution.

17. This promotion cannot be combined with any other promotion. It cannot be used as a qualification requirement for other promotions.

18. 10bet reserves the right to suspend players from the promo due to fraudulent activity.

19. 10bet reserves the right to change, vary, suspend, or cancel the promotion at its own discretion for any reason whatsoever and without notice.
