The DP World Tour and competitive field return to the Belfry to contest the Betfred British Masters this weekend. Who will emerge victorious come Sunday?

Niklas Norgaard is back at the Belfry to defend his title after a two-stroke victory over Thriston Lawrence in 2024.

Former Major winners in the line-up include Matt Fitzpatrick and Danny Willett.

These are our four selections that could win the title this weekend.

Matt Fitzpatrick

Matt Fitzpatrick has been performing well on the PGA Tour for the past two months, placing T17 at the Travelers Championship, T8 at the Rocket Classic, T4 at the Genesis Scottish Open, T4 at the Open Championship, T8 at the Wyndham Championship, T32 at the FedEx St. Jude Championship, and T17 at the BMW Championship last weekend.

Other prominent performances produced by Fitzpatrick this season include a T24 at the Sentry, a T22 at the Arnold Palmer Invitational, a T23 at the Truist Championship, and a T8 at the PGA Championship.

The former U.S. Open champion has made four appearances at the Betfred British Masters, securing victory in 2015 and placing T49 in 2016, T11 in 2017, and T16 in 2018.

Fitzpatrick has been in great shape lately and can win the title at the Belfry come Sunday.

Alex Noren

Alex Noren missed the first four months of the season through injury before returning to the PGA Tour in May, finishing T51 at the Truist Championship, T17 at the PGA Championship, T39 at the Memorial Tournament, MC at the RBC Canadian Open, T30 at the Travelers Championship, MC at the Rocket Classic, and MC at the Genesis Scottish Open.

Noren has found form in his subsequent two starts, placing T7 at the 3M Open and T3 at the Wyndham Championship.

The ten-time DP World Tour winner has featured five times at the Betfred British Masters, with results of MC in 2006, MC in 2007, T13 in 2008, victory in 2016, and MC in 2017.

Noren has found some form lately and can emerge as the winner in England this weekend.

Kristoffer Reitan

Kristoffer Reitan has been in oustanding form on the DP World Tour lately, winning the Soudal Open and placing T2 at the Alpine Austrian Open, T13 at the KLM Open, T46 at the Italian Open, T4 at the BMW International Open, T13 at the Genesis Scottish Open, T30 at the Open Championship, T3 at the Nexo Championship, and T6 at the Danish Golf Championship last weekend.

Additional highlights from Reitan's season include a T24 at the Bahrain Championship, a T14 at the Commercial Bank Qatar Masters, and a T2 at the Hainan Classic.

The Norwegian missed the cut at the Betfred British Masters in 2019 in his only appearance in the tournament.

Reitan has been producing ultra-consistent results lately and can secure victory at the Belfry come Sunday.

Andy Sullivan

Andy Sullivan has been producing decent results on the DP World Tour since the end of May, placing T11 at the Soudal Open, T17 at the Austrian Alpine Open, T7 at the KLM Open, T33 at the Italian Open, MC at the BMW International Open, T17 at the Genesis Scottish Open, T7 at the Nexo Championship, and T16 at the Danish Golf Championship last weekend.

Other noteworthy results achieved by Sullivan this season include a T14 finish at the Nedbank Golf Challenge, a T7 at the Alfred Dunhill Championship, and a T23 at the Hainan Classic.

The four-time DP World Tour winner has compiled a solid record at the Betfred British Masters, placing T41 in 2016, T44 in 2017, T9 in 2018, MC in 2019, T4 in 2020, T6 in 2021, MC in 2022, T15 in 2023, and T46 in 2024.

Sullivan has the form to produce a top performance in England after his recent displays.
