The Playtech Mystery Parcel promotion at Jackpot City is available every Thursday throughout May 2025.

Between 17:00 and 22:00 each Thursday, players stand a chance to receive cash prizes while playing selected Playtech games - which you will find listed below.

How to Take Part

To be eligible, place bets of at least R2 on any of the qualifying games.

To qualify, players must place a spin at least once every 30 seconds during the promotional hours, during which the Mystery Parcel moves randomly between participants and may open to award a cash prize.

During this campaign, a total of 150 random prizes will be awarded on Thursdays during the promotional hours.

The parcel remains with a player for between 20 seconds and 2 minutes. If the parcel does not open during that time, it is passed to another eligible player.

Each participant can receive a maximum of two prizes during the promotion, with prizes are credited immediately.

General Terms

Listed below, you can find the rules that you need to adhere to in order to remain a participant in this promotion:

The promotion runs every Thursday from 1 to 29 May 2025, between 5pm and 10pm.
To qualify, place a minimum R2 bet on at least one eligible game every 30 seconds.
The Mega Mystery Parcel stays with a player for between 20 seconds and 2 minutes.
If the parcel opens while in your possession, you win the prize inside.
If it doesn’t open, the parcel is passed to another randomly selected eligible player.
A total of 150 prizes will be awarded during the promotional hours.
Each player can win a maximum of two prizes during the promotion.
Prizes are credited immediately to winners.
