The DP World Tour and players return to the scenic island of Mauritius this weekend to compete for top honours at Heritage La Réserve Golf Club. Who will pocket the winner's cheque come Sunday?

John Parry is back to defend his title after a two-stroke victory over Christo Lamprecht and Dylan Naidoo.

These are our four selections that could win the title this weekend.

John Parry

John Parry has been performing well on the DP World Tour since the beginning of October, placing T3 at the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship, T28 at the Open de Espana, MC at the DP World India Championship, T17 at the Abu Dhabi HSBC Championship, T28 at the DP World Tour Championship, T18 at the Nedbank Golf Championship, and T7 at the Alfred Dunhill Championship.

Other prominent performances achieved by Parry this year include a T21 at the Qatar Masters, a 2nd at the Magical Kenya Open, a T25 at the South African Open Championship, a T4 at the Soudal Open, a T16 at the Open Championship, a T3 at the Nexo Championship, and a T13 at the Omega European Masters.

The two-time DP World Tour winner has made two appearances at the Mauritius Open, recording a T5 in 2015 and a victory in 2024.

Parry will have every chance of success in Bel Ombre after his recent displays on tour.

Daniel Brown

Daniel Brown has been in solid form on the DP World Tour in recent months, placing T8 at the Betfred British Masters, T9 at the Amgen Irish Open, MC at the BMW PGA Championship, T12 at the FedEx Open de France, WD at the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship, 2nd at the Open de Espana, T17 at the Abu Dhabi HSBC Championship, and T45 at the DP World Tour Championship.

Other notable results achieved by Brown this year include a T2 at the Bahrain Championship, a T10 at the Qatar Masters, a T14 at the Joburg Open, a victory at the BMW International Open, and a T19 at the Nexo Championship.

The 31-year-old Englishman has made two appearances at the AfrAsia Bank Mauritius Open, finishing T3 in 2023 and T57 in 2024.

Brown has the form to emerge victorious at the Heritage La Réserve Golf Club come Sunday.

Christo Lamprecht

Christo Lamprecht has been in great touch on the Korn Ferry Tour and DP World Tour lately, winning the Pinnacle Bank Championship, T46 at the Albertson Boise Open, T47 at the Simmons Bank Open, T18 at the Nationwide Children's Hospital Championship, T15 at the Compliance Solutions Championship, T8 at the Korn Ferry Tour Championship, and T33 at the recent Nedbank Golf Challenge.

Additional highlights achieved by Lamprecht this year include a 4th at the Bahamas Great Abaco Classic, a T2 at the Astara Golf Championship, a T11 at the Astara Chile Classic, and a T24 at the Ascendant

The South African placed T2 at the AfrAsia Bank Mauritius Open on debut in 2024.

Lamprecht comes into this event in solid form and could win the title in Mauritius this weekend.

Jacob Olesen

Jacob Olesen has been in decent nick on the DP World Tour since the start of September, placing 8th at the Amgen Irish Open, MC at the FedEx Open de France, T5 at the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship, T47 at the Open de Espana, T38 at the Genesis Championship, T23 at the Abu Dhabi HSBS Championship, T11 at the DP World Tour Championship, T40 at the Nedbank Golf Challenge, and T40 at the Alfred Dunhill Championship.

Other noteworthy results achieved by Olesen in 2025 include a T13 at the Magical Kenya Open, a T7 at the Joburg Open, a T8 at the Volvo China Open, a T12 at the Turkish Airlines Open, a T19 at the KLM Open, and a T3 at the Nexo Championship.

The Danish golfer finished T9 overall at the AfrAsia Bank Mauritius Open on debut in 2024.

Olesen has been there or thereabouts of late and should enter the calculations in Bel Ombre this weekend.

Verdict

Parry comes into this tournament on the back of solid results and will fancy his chances to win back-to-back Mauritius Open titles.

Brown could claim his second DP World Tour title of the year on the back of his recent results.

Lamprecht looks set to produce another top result in Mauritius this weekend.

Olesen has threatened to put in a big performance lately and can lift the winner's trophy at Heritage La Réserve Golf Club come Sunday.
