The DP World Tour and a competitive field will contest the KLM Open at the International for the second consecutive year. Who will take home the winner's cheque come Sunday?

Guido Migliozzi returns to defend his title after a playoff victory over Joe Dean and Marcus Kinhult in 2024.

Past Major winners that will tee off at the International on Thursday include Francesco Molinari and Jimmy Walker.

These are our four selections that could win the title this weekend.

Rasmus Neergaard-Petersen

Rasmus Neergaard-Petersen played well at the beginning of his season on the DP World Tour, finishing T8 at the BMW Australian PGA Championship, T39 at the ISPS Handa Australian Open, and T10 at the Hero Dubai Desert Classic before missing back-to-back cuts at the Ras Al Khaimah Championship and the Bahrain Championship.

Neergaard-Petersen has bounced back to his best lately, placing runner-up at the Qatar Masters, 2nd at the Puerto Rico Open, T22 at the Valspar Championship, T10 at the Volvo China Open, T4 at the Hainan Classic, before missing the cut at the PGA Championship and the Austrian Alpine Open last weekend.

The Dane missed the cut at the 2024 KLM Open on debut.

Neergaard-Petersen has been knocking hard lately and can emerge as the winner in the Netherlands this Sunday.

Eugenio Lopez-Chacarra

Eugenio Lopez-Chacarra was in excellent touch at the start of his season on the Asian Tour and DP World Tour, placing T5 at the International Series in India, T20 at the Magical Kenya Open, victory at the Hero Indian Open, T4 at the Volvo China Open, and T11 at the Hainan Classic.

Lopez-Chacarra's form has dipped since those results, recording an MC at the PGA Championship, a T31 at the Soudal Open, and a T27 at the Austrian Alpine Open last weekend.

The Spaniard will debut at the 2025 KLM Open this weekend.

Lopez-Chacarra will have every chance of victory in Amsterdam if he can replicate his performances from earlier in the year.

Keita Nakajima

Keita Nakajima had a mediocre start to his season, finishing T21 at the Hero Dubai Desert Classic, MC at the Ras Al Khaimah Championship, MC at the Bahrain Championship, and T42 at the Qatar Masters.

Nakajima returned to form in his following two events, placing 2nd at the Porsche Singapore Classic and 2nd at the Hero Indian Open before missing the cut at the Volvo China Open.

The 24-year-old has recorded some decent results lately, finishing T11 at the Hainan Classic, MC at the PGA Championship, MC at the Soudal Open, and T11 at the Austrian Alpine Open last weekend.

The Japanese golfer will debut at the 2025 KLM Open.

Nakajima has gone close to winning on the DP World Tour this season and should enter calculations.

John Parry

John Parry had the perfect start to his season on the DP World Tour, placing T8 at the BMW Australian PGA Championship, MC at the ISPS Handa Australian Open, T2 at the Alfred Dunhill Championship, and victory at the AfrAsia Bank Mauritius Open.

Parry struggled to maintain his level of play, missing the cut in his next three outings before regaining some form and finishing T21 at the Qatar Masters, 2nd at the Magical Kenya Open, T25 at the South African Open Championship, MC at the Joburg Open, T36 at the Porsche Singapore Classic, T29 at the Hero Indian Open, T33 at the Turkish Airlines Open, MC at the PGA Championship, and T4 at the Soudal Open.

The 38-year-old has made eight appearances at the KLM Open, finishing T22 in 2010, MC in 2011, MC in 2013, T59 in 2014, 65th in 2015, T69 in 2016, MC in 2017, and T77 in 2023.

Parry has been in decent nick and could cause an upset victory at the International this weekend.

Verdict

Neergaard-Petersen will feel confident about his chances of victory at the KLM Open following his excellent results this year.

Lopez-Chacarra has played well since his return to the DP World Tour and will be in the mix at the International this weekend.

Nakajima will fancy his chances to get over the finish line in Amsterdam after placing runner-up twice this season.

Parry has been thereabouts lately and can challenge for the title in the Netherlands this weekend.
