Cassper Nyovest calls for rematch after losing to NaakMusiQ in Sun City

However, NaakMusiQ had other plans. Both fighters gave as good as they got over the course of five rounds, but the underdog was awarded the victory on points.

NaakMusiQ came into the ring priced at 2.40 with Nyovest paying 1.53 with Hollywoodbets. The previous experience between the ropes of Nyovest clearly gave punters the confidence that he was the one to beat.

The fight was delayed by more than an hour but it was certainly worth the wait. Afterwards, as the fighters hugged, the commentator, and later Cassper Nyovest called for a rematch.

Nyovest tweeted, “Took an L But we come back stronger. We will hear from the other team when they want da rematch, I say 3 Months would be enough and we get back in (sic).”

The two musicians have probably done more for boxing in one night than has been done for the sport in an entire year. And they want to get at it again.

There is another question that is waiting to be answered though. Cassper Nyovest tweeted prior to the fight that if he lost he would appear on the MacG podcast, a podcast he has previously refused to appear on. 

Now fans want to know if he will backtrack on his promise or if his long awaited appearance will indeed take place.
