Racing 92 are not having their finest season in the Top 14 and they’ve also made an average start to the Champions Cup. While they have one win and a defeat, the same as their opponents, their loss was heavy.
The former French champions have a very good side, but they can’t seem to put any consistent performances together, particularly away from home. Racing 92 are winless in their last four matches and have lost their last four away games.
After beating Harlequins in the Champions Cup at home, Racing went down 29-7 to Sale away. Then proceeded to lose in the Top 14 to Montpellier and Toulon, with a home draw against Lyon their only reasonably positive result.

Racing will be focused on their form in the Top 14 rather than this away fixture. Expect a few players to be rested on the road while they will return for the home fixture next weekend.
