An opening round 26-15 away defeat to Connacht was followed by an impressive 16-14 home victory over Glasgow. The Italian outfit backed it up in round three with a convincing 41-15 victory over the Lions.

Last weekend Benetton were, however, woeful, losing 43-0 to Edinburgh in Scotland. It was by some distance their worst performance of the opening four rounds and will be eager to rectify it at home this Saturday.

Stormers Form

The Stormers have made a very impressive start to the URC campaign and currently top the table. They have won all four matches, picking up three bonus points along the way.

The Cape Town outfit began the campaign with a 35-0 home victory over Leinster before beating Ospreys 26-10 the following weekend at home. In round three, the Stormers tour to Europe started but their form continued, thrashing Scarlets 34-0.

Last weekend, the Stormers were comfortable 31-13 winners against Zebre in Italy. While it was competitive for large parts of the first half, the visitors’ quality was too much in the second half.
