Head to Head

Portugal and Ireland meet for the first time in a rugby Test match.

Portugal Form

Portugal have had mixed results in their last five home fixtures. They lost 21-7 to Romania, 42-21 to Spain, beat Germany 56-14 and Belgium 40-30 before losing 21-17 to the USA.

Portugal will look to use their home-ground advantage and the lack of some more senior members in the Ireland team to produce a competitive performance for their loyal fans.
