Scotland started the Six Nations U20 Championship campaign with a solid 36-10 away win over Italy last weekend after leading 17-10 at the break.

Before that, Scotland did not fare well at the 2025 World Rugby U20 Championship last July. They lost 56-19 to England, 34-24 to Australia, 73-14 to South Africa, and defeated Ireland 22-21 before losing to Georgia 22-7.

England scored a late converted try against Wales in their opening Six Nations U20 Championship match last weekend, winning 19-16 at home.

Before that, England had a solid World Rugby U20 Championship last July. They defeated Scotland 56-19, lost 32-22 to South Africa, edged Australia 36-33, and thrashed Wales 51-13, before losing 68-40 to Australia to finish sixth overall.
