Lucky WSB Player Scoops R597K on Lightning Roulette

World Sports Betting might not be the first platform that comes to mind for major roulette wins, but think again.

Alongside its extensive sports betting markets, the platform offers a wide selection of casino games, from exciting slots to live dealer favourites. And it’s in the latter category that one lucky member recently landed a huge win on Evolution’s Lightning Roulette.

The operator hasn’t revealed how much the player wagered, so it’s unclear what multiplier was behind the win. Still, a payout of R597,000 is an impressive result by any measure.

“A HUGE congratulations to our lucky online casino winner who scooped an incredible R597,000 playing Lightning Roulette!”, they captioned the announcement on X.

How Lucky Numbers Boost Lightning Roulette Payouts

Evolution’s Lightning Roulette introduces Lucky Numbers to give players the chance to land bigger payouts. Each round, one to five numbers are randomly chosen, with multipliers ranging from 50x to 500x assigned to them.

These numbers are highlighted on the screen before the roulette ball lands. If the winning number is one of the selected Lucky Numbers and you have placed a Straight Up bet on it, your payout is multiplied by the assigned Lucky Payout. This is how the R597K big winner at WSB would have managed such a payout.

Sound exciting? The game is available at a number of leading casino sites in South Africa, but not all of them are offering a welcome bonus right now. World Sports Betting is, though – just remember to enter the WSB promo code “NEWBONUS”.
