ANOTHER LEVEL showed good improvement in his last start over 1450m on the Turffontein Inside course. He stayed on nicely at the finish, but found one too good in the form of Lion Of The Desert. The son of Twice Over should love the rise to the mile. He looks to be a progressive type and in this line-up, he should take a power of beating.

PLATINUM SKY was ultra-impressive when winning his maiden over 1400m at Turffontein. He raced from a handy position, quickened up well and drew clear of the opposition. The son of Silvano returns from a 15-week break, during which time he would have strengthened up. He looks to be above average and will love the extra furlong on offer. If not in need of the run, he should be the one to beat.

ICY NIGHT was given a peach of a ride when winning her maiden in a work riders contest. She was slow into stride, but set the pace and found another kick where it matters most. The daughter of What A Winter takes on stronger, but she carries a handy galloping mass of 53.5kgs and should be up to the task at hand.
