Scotland are once again out of contention for the Six Nations crown after another false dawn. The Scots won their opening game against Italy but have lost two since.

In round two, Scotland were thoroughly outplayed at home against Ireland, losing the game 32-18. The Scots will be kicking themselves for their 16-15 defeat to England a fortnight ago, a game the Scots should have won at Twickenham.

Wales Form

Wales atrocious form just continues. They are bottom of the pile in the Six Nations and are struggling to find a win. The last time Wales won a game was at the 2023 Rugby World Cup in the group stage.

Since then, Wales have lost 15 consecutive games, including the three games this year. Wales suffered a 43-0 loss in France in round one before going down 22-15 to Italy in Rome.

Last round, the Welsh were at home for the first time this season and took Ireland all the way to the end, losing 27-18 at home. It was a very impressive performance after Warren Gatland left his role as head coach.
