The Canberra-based team claimed five wins in their six fixtures, with their last match before the lockdown break ending in a brilliant 47-14 win over Australian rivals the Waratahs at GIO Stadium on 15 March.
The Brumbies' last five fixtures have seen them beat the -10 handicap. They also managed that against the Rebels earlier in 2020.
Lock Cadeyrn Neville is injured and will likely miss the clash, while lock Blake Enever has left the Brumbies for the Reds.

The Rebels have experienced an inconsistent 2020. With three wins from six Super Rugby fixtures, the Rebels will feel aggrieved they did not put up more of a fight in their defeats.
Their last clash was on 7 March 2020 against the Lions at AAMI Park in Melbourne. The Rebels produced a solid performance as they ran out 37-17 victors, but it was over a Lions side with a number of issues.
In the match before the Lions win, the Rebels hopped over to New Zealand where they downed the Highlanders 28-22 at Forsyth Barr Stadium in Dunedin.
The Rebels will set up camp in Canberra two weeks ahead of the clash, as a spike in coronavirus cases in Victoria is a worry.
