Wild Knights vs Tokyo Sungoliath Predictions - Wild Knights to stretch winning streak to seven

Wild Knights have won their last four matches against Tokyo Sungoliath. They last met in 2023, a match the Knights won 41-29 away from home.

Wild Knights are cruising at the top of Conference B in the Japan Rugby League One. They are on 29 points, 11 clear of second place and have won all six of their fixtures. The Knights also have a ridiculously good positive points difference of 251.

After losing out on the title in the final last year, the Knights will want to go a step further this time around. They have been in cruise control thus far, scoring 81 and 70 points in their last two games alone.

The Knights have scored 40+ points in all six games this season and conceded 20+ on only two occasions. Their last game saw them win 70-12 at home to Honda beat, prior to which they smashed Dynaboars 81-21 away.

Wild Knights have not played since 20 January so they should be at full strength this weekend.

Tokyo Sungoliath are having a fine season as well, currently second in Conference A with 23 points. They have won five of their six matches to date.

While results have been good, the Tokyo side has been fortunate on occasion, winning their last three matches by eight points or less. They beat the Blue Revs 29-25 away before just holding on against the Dynaboards with a 36-34 win.

That same side that pushed the Sungoliath’s close, conceded 80 to the Wild Knights this season.

This is a big game for the Tokyo side. They will want to put pressure on the high-flying Knights.
