South Africa smashed Italy 49-3 at the Shizuoka Stadium in in their last match. Head coach Rassie Erasmus has a predicament with this match coming just four days later, so a complete second string side will mean their best side will have more than two weeks off before the knockout phase.

This leads me to believe that Erasmus will mix-and-match with his team selection. The Springboks were absolutely superb against Italy and having found their feet at the World Cup, the score could get ugly for Canada.

Form is with the Springboks having lost only one match this year (to New Zealand). A record of six wins and a draw means bookmakers have given South Africa a -56 handicap which is very generous in my opinion.

Sbu Nkosi will get another opportunity to add to his eight tries in 10 internationals and I'm tipping him to go over two or more times at 2.20. There is also value in him to be the first South African try-scorer at 6.50.

Canada are likely to make a few changes to their side after suffering a 63-0 loss to New Zealand at the Oita Stadium. This match comes just four days after that hammering and they’ll need rest ahead of their match with Namibia on the weekend.

Canada's big match of the World Cup comes up against fellow minnows Namibia. Head coach Kingsley Jones will rest players against the Boks' to ensure key figures are fit for the Namibian clash.

It must be said that Canada were lucky to only concede 63 points against the All Blacks. They held New Zealand out for the final 15 minutes but that was mainly down to the men in black making very uncharacteristic handling errors.
