Defeats to Ireland, Scotland and South Africa will have Tonga desperate to take all five points against Romania. While it will do nothing for them, there is plenty of pride on the line.

Romania have probably been the biggest disappointment at this World Cup. They have been absolutely hammered in every game thus far.
They lost 82-8 to Ireland after scoring a very early try in that game. They have not scored another point since a penalty a few minutes later in that same game. It was followed by a 76-0 thrashing by South Africa.
In their last outing, Romania lost 84-0 to Scotland in another humiliation. Just two years ago Romania were pushing Argentina to the brink so it is quite unfathomable how far they have fallen.
