Head-to-Head

Wolves have a 14-13 advantage against Luton in 33 meetings with six draws.

Wolves Form

Wolves are winless in seven consecutive matches in all competitions. The Midlands outfit have taken just two points from six Premier League matches.

Gary O’Neil’s side held Nottingham Forest (2-2) before back-to-back losses against Arsenal (2-0) and Bournemouth (1-0).

Wanderers were outplayed in the Bournemouth loss and allowed 2.4 expected goals. Wolves conceded just before half time and couldn’t hit back.

Forwards Pedro Neto, Noha Lemina and Leon Chiwome are out.

Defender Craig Dawson is also ruled out.

Luton Form

Luton are 18th in the Premier League and just one point from safety.

The Hatters have taken just six points from their last 13 matches. Luton ended a 10-match winless run against Bournemouth (2-1) before 5-1 defeats to Man City and Brentford.

Rob Edwards’ side had just 0.5 expected goals against Brentford and were 5-0 down after 85 minutes. Luke Berry then scored a consolation in second-half injury time.

Luton Injuries & Team News

Midfielders Tom Lockyer, Chiedozie Ogbene, Marvelous Nakamba and Jacob Brown are out.

Defenders Dan Potts, Amari'i Bell, Mads Andersen and Issa Kaboré are also ruled out.

Striker Elijah Adebayo is unavailable due to injury.

Verdict

Wolves and Luton aren’t inspiring confidence and both sides will want to stop the rot. A closely fought draw is the best bet between the out-of-form sides.
