While we still have a way to go, the US Open starts on 24 August 2025 at Flushing Meadows. Carlos Alcaraz is the favourite, followed by Novak Djokovic and Jannik Sinner.

Much can still change by August with plenty of tennis to still be played, most importantly the French Open and Wimbledon both take place before the US Open completes the Grand Slams for the year.

Alcaraz is paying 2.75 with Sportingbet while Novak Djokovic is priced at 4.50 and Jannik Sinner at 2.75, the same as Alcaraz.

Of course, it is at Flushing Meadows where Alcaraz burst onto the scene in 2022, winning his first Grand Slam event.

Sinner on the other hand is the defending US Open champion and will be the main threat to Alcaraz, or vice versa.

Novak Djokovic is a four-time US Open winner, most recently in 2023 and as he starts winding down on his career, may see this as an opportunity to get another title.

Others to keep an eye on is Alexander Zverev, Daniil Medvedev and Taylor Fritz.
