Al-Hilal started their CECAFA Kagame Cup campaign with a victory over Tusker FC last weekend, winning by two goals to nil. 

The Blue Wave had 47% possession and eight shots in the match, with five attempts on target.

Al-Hilal had to settle for second place in last season's Sudan Premier League after their victory in the final match against Al Merrikh was overturned due to fielding more than the allowed five foreign players. 

The Blue Wave have recorded four victories in their last five games, with one defeat. They scored ten goals and conceded two. 

Al-Hilal have won five of their last seven fixtures, and will start confidently with the aim of pocketing all the points against KVZ FC after their performance in their CECAFA Kagame Cup opener last weekend.
