MI New York have a strong squad with a number of in-form players, so I am backing them to beat the Texas Super Kings.

Captained by the big-scoring Faf du Plessis, the Super Kings have a powerful top three, but their middle-order lacks the consistency to back up the top three.
Opener Devon Conway offers the Super Kings a high-scoring left–right opening combination. Mohammad Mohsin’s spin saw him head the side’s wicket-taking list in 2023, while Daryl Mitchell strength with bat and ball is particularly valuable through the death overs.
