The Knight Riders attack did superbly to limit the Freedom to 92/5 in the 12th over, with Corné Dry (2/33) and Tanveer Sangha (2/38) doing the damage. The visitors then staged an incredible recovery to post 208/5 off their 20 overs.
The Knight Riders’ top three batters were all rolled for ducks as the hosts slipped to 26/5 in the eighth over. Saif Badar (32) and Jason Holder (23) saved them from total disaster, but they were still bowled out for 95 in the 17th over.
