New Zealand vs South Africa Predictions
New Zealand are favourites for this encounter after beating South Africa a few days ago. However, that was a tight game that could have gone either way, I feel there is value in a small layout on the underdogs to upset the odds here.

Head to Head
South Africa have won three of their last five against New Zealand, but the Black Caps beat them just a few days ago by 21 runs.
New Zealand Form
New Zealand were the favourites coming into the tournament because of the strong squad they selected and thus far have proven why.
The Black Caps beat South Africa in their opening game and backed it up with a victory over Zimbabwe last time out. Bowling first, Matt Henry starred with figures of 3-26 in four overs. Zimbabwe were restricted to a paltry 120 runs in 20 overs.
Tim Seifert lost his wicket early, but Devon Conway dominated from that point onwards, scoring an unbeaten 59 off 40 balls. Rachin Ravindra added 30 while Daryl Mitchell ended not out on 26 as the Black Caps cruised to an eight-wicket success inside 14 overs.
New Zealand Team News
Matt Henry has played both opening matches and will be rested at some point. It may happen in the next game along with some other key players.
South Africa Form
South Africa have won two of their three matches, losing to New Zealand and beating Zimbabwe twice.
Zimbabwe batted first in their last game, scoring 144 in 20 overs. While competitive, it was well below par for what looked like a decent wicket to bat on.
South Africa started poorly, losing both openers for inside two overs. However, captain, Rassie van der Dussen (52*) and Rubin Hermann (63) steered the Proteas to a comfortable victory. Hermann’s 63 came off just 36 balls to earn him the man of the match award.
South Africa Team News
South Africa have selected a young squad for this series and will likely keep giving the players time to settle. The batsmen have looked particularly good thus far.
Verdict
I am backing South Africa to win with the in-form Rubin Hermann to top score. Devon Conway is tipped in the same market for New Zealand.
