BON BOYAGE has finished second in his last two starts over 1200m. He showed good speed last time, but found one too good in the form of Surjay. The son of Trippi tries the 1400m for the first time and if seeing out the extra furlong on offer, he may be the one to beat.

Race 4 - REAL GONE KID (2)

REAL GONE KID is a winner of his last three starts. He showed good speed over 1100m last time and lasted just long enough to get the better of quality sprinter Rio Querari. He is unbeaten from two starts over this C&D. The son of Snitzel is a classy sort and should notch up his sixth career victory.

Race 5 - DO IT AGAIN (4)

DO IT AGAIN produced a very good comeback run over this C&D last time. He challenged strongly, but found one too good in the form of Rascallion on the day. The 7yo gelding would have come on with the run under his belt and should strip much fitter. Anton Marcus steps back into the saddle and he should notch up his ninth career victory.

Race 6 - CAPTAIN’S RANSOM (2)

CAPTAIN’S RANSOM was given a peach of a ride when winning her last start over 1500m on this course. She is having her third run after a rest today and will be at peak fitness. The daughter of Captain Al tries the 1800m for the first time. She is all class and if seeing out the extra distance on offer, she should take a power of beating.

Race 8 - ALL ABOUT AL (7)

ALL ABOUT AL finished 2.25 lengths behind T’CHALLA last time. He is 3kgs better off at the weights today and that should be enough for the tables to be turned. He won his only attempt over this C&D. The son of Captain Al always gives of his best and from his mid-field draw, he can return to winning ways.
