Goldrush partner with Cricket Boland for blockbuster T20 cricket league

There will be 16 teams from the Boland area, divided into four pools and is scheduled to get underway on Saturday, 10 March 2024.

Of the 16 participating teams, 10 of them will be Premier League Clubs, four promotion league clubs and two wildcard entries. Two teams from each pool will advance to the quarterfinals which will culminate with the final on Saturday, 23 March at Boland Park.

To make it all the more exciting, the entire tournament will be live streamed on YouTube, making it accessible to all viewers. In a bold move, the organisers have decided to make use of the pink ball, the ball most commonly used in day/night Test cricket.

CEO of Cricket Boland, James Fortuin, expressed his enthusiasm and excitement about the potential of this new competition by emphasizing its significance in bolstering club cricket in the region.
