Ospreys are certainly the favourites in this game, and I fancy them winning comfortably. A bonus point win can still put them in a top eight hunt, so my best bet is for the hosts to cover -13.5.

Last season both teams won their home game against each other. Dragons won 20-5 at home and Ospreys 26-13. They met in the opening game of this season again with the Dragons winning 23-21 at home.

Ospreys have been solid this season with six wins a draw and eight losses. They are 13th on the table with 33 points and while a top eight finish isn’t beyond reach, it does seem a bit of a stretch for them to make it.

The last two games have both ended in defeat for the Ospreys. They went down 20-18 at home to Lyon in the Challenge Cup quarter-final before losing 36-19 to Cardiff at home last weekend.

Other than that defeat, the Ospreys have, however, been pretty good at home this season.

Dragons Form

The Dragons have yet again endured a torrid season in the URC. They are bottom of the table with just nine points having managed just one win in their 15 games to date.

Last weekend the Dragons lost 31-23 at home to the Scarlets. The week prior they went down 38-5 in Edinburgh.
