Argentina U20 Form

Argentina scored three tries and two conversions in the first half against Wales in their opening World Rugby U20 Championship match; however, they went into the break trailing 24-19.

Argentina produced a solid second half, limiting Wales to just three points, as they scored two tries, a conversion, and a penalty to win 34-27.

Before that, Argentina had lost all their matches at the 2025 U20 Rugby Championship. They were defeated 36-25 by South Africa, 75-21 by New Zealand, and 40-36 by Australia.

Argentina will fancy their chances to take a step closer to reaching the knockout rounds when they play against a Spanish side yet to beat any of the top nations in this competition.
