Following a 0-0 stalemate away at Polokwane City, they got back to winning ways. A 1-0 home win over TS Galaxy on Saturday saw them allow just two shots on target.

Three PSL Wins in Four PSL Matches – Stellies Jump to Ninth in the Table


Stellenbosch have taken a big step towards survival with ten points from their last four league matches. 
They have jumped to ninth in the PSL table since coach Gavin Hunt took over. 

A 0-0 draw at home to Singida Black Stars in a CAF Confederations Cup dead rubber was followed by a 1-1 home draw vs Magesi in the league. They lost 1-0 away to Golden Arrows in the Nedbank Cup. 

Last Tuesday, they won 2-1 at Kaizer Chiefs after being 1-0 down. Stellenbosch won 1-0 against AmaZulu on Friday night in a dominant home display.

Siwelele (4-2-3-1): Goss; Mobbie, Mfolozi, Sanoka, Rapoo; Potsane, Mokhuoane, Margeman, Sekgota; Pule, Ohizu.

Siwelele remain without strikers Samir Nurkovic and Zakhele Lepasa for this match. Chibuike Ohizu scored the winner off the bench in the last match and could start. 

Winger Ghampani Lungu is back from an injury. Kgaogelo Sekgota is also pushing for a recall in preference to Christian Saile.   

Stellenbosch (4-4-2): Stephens; Enyinnaya, Stanic, Lebusa, Tiwani; Butsaka, Jabaar, Mthiyane, Phili; Titus, Makhubu.

Coach Gavin Hunt remains without key defender Thabo Maloisane due to suspension. Olisa Ndah is still awaiting his work permit to boost the defence. 

Ruthless striker Tshegofatso Mabasa is back from injury. He is not fit enough to start the match though.
