My best bet is for Belgium to get within the 27.5 handicap but ultimately, they just don’t have the quality to challenge.

Samoa are certainly not used to being in this position to qualify for the Rugby World Cup, however, they are clear favourites heading into this decider.

While Samoa have the pedigree, they will be under huge pressure with some much hanging on this game. Samoa began the four-team tournament with a 48-10 win over Brazil before seeing off Namibia 26-8 last weekend.

Neither performance was perfect, but they were also never in any real trouble during the games. They will fancy their chances against Belgium on Tuesday.

Belgium have never made it to the Rugby World Cup before and will be hoping to cause a huge shock in Dubai on Tuesday. However, just getting to this stage, like with Brazil, has already been a huge achievement for the side.

Belgium set their stall out in the first match, upsetting the odds to beat Namibia 22-17. That put them in a good position to get to the final game and still have a chance.

The European side almost blew their chance last weekend though. After a fast start against Brazil, Belgium allowed the South Americans back into it with poor discipline, something that cost them a red card, too. However, in the dyeing embers of the game, Belgium went over to score and secure a narrow victory.
