England will be eyeing a bonus point win as they make the trip to Rome to meet Italy in the final round of the 2020 Six Nations on Saturday. While England will be rusty, they should have far too much for their opponents.

Italy have endured an awful 2020 Six Nations campaign.

The Italians kicked off the Six Nations with a 42-0 away drubbing at the hands of Wales. They did show some spirit in a 35-22 loss to France, but were left scoreless again in a 17-0 loss to Scotland.

Upon their return to rugby after the coronavirus-enforced break, Italy were smashed 50-17 by Ireland last weekend. Italy were very poor and England will be licking their lips.

Italy are bringing through a number young players at the moment and will likely stick with them as experience is more important than the result on Saturday. Head coach Franco Smith has a full squad to pick from according to reports.

England started the Six Nations with a 24-17 loss in France, but have gone undefeated since then. A hard-fought 13-6 victory over Scotland was backed up by a 24-12 home victory over the dangerous Irish. In their last fixture, England kept Wales at bay in a 33-30 win at Twickenham.

If England are to win the Six Nations, they will need to get a big bonus point victory in Italy and hope that France or Ireland do not match their points haul.

England have a number of injury concerns with the likes of fly-half George Ford, centre Manu Tuilagi, full-back Elliot Daly, prop Joe Marler and wing Jack Nowell all out injured.
