Head to Head

Samoa Form

Samoa did not fare well in Pool A of the Pacific Nations Cup, losing both fixtures.

Samoa failed to make the semi-final of the tournament after they were defeated 30-16 by Tonga and 29-15 by Fiji.

Before that, Samoa played a friendly international match against Scotland in July, losing 41-12.

Samoa have been battling to win their fixtures lately, although they have a solid record against the USA in recent clashes, winning three of their last five.

The USA are on a four-match losing streak, but will have the belief they can get the result against Samoa, after securing two victories in their last three meetings against their opponents.
