Union Berlin vs Freiburg

Union Berlin are undefeated in their last five League games against Freiburg, winning three and drawing two. The two mid-table teams are showing very similar form and both are scoring well. Too close to call it, but I’m backing four-plus goals in the match, with Berlin to win or draw.

Heidenheim vs Eintracht Frankfurt

Heidenheim have been handed six defeats in eight League matches and have shipped 16 goals, responding with just nine. The have lost four and drawn one of their last five, so backing them is not for the faint-hearted. Frankfurt have won half their games, scoring 21:18 but have only won one of their last five games. Frankfurt have beaten Heidenheim in their last five games, scoring 13:2, so it’s a good call for them to take this one with room to spare.

RB Leipzig vs VfB Stuttgart

A fiery clash awaits this top-of-the-table clash, with second-placed Leipzig hosting third-placed Stuttgart. Stuttgart have won the last four matches between them 13:6. Stuttgart have won eight and lost two of their last 10 games, while Leipzig have won seven and drawn two of their last nine. Stuttgart should have the edge, but what looks certain is that they’ll both hit the net a couple of times in what should be a great contest.

Bayern Munich vs Bayer Leverkusen

Bayern are on a 17-match unbeaten streak and seem invincible. Leverkusen have won their last five League matches on the bounce, but three matches ago they were hammered 7-2 at home to PSG in the Champions League. They also haven’t scored against Bayern in their last three matches, so I’m seeing a strong win for Bayern.

Verdict

German Bundesliga

Berlin and Freiburg to both rattle the net a couple of time, while Heidenheim to soak up their seventh defeat of the season.

Plenty of scoring between Leipzig and Stuttgart, and Bayern to break Bayer Leverkusen down.
