That victory was backed up with a 1-1 draw against Mali in their last match. It was a dramatic end to the match as Mali took the lead with 10 minutes to play before Musa Barrow scored a penalty in the 90th minute.

Tunisia are third in Group F with a win and a defeat in their opening two matches. A point should be enough to see them into the last 16 but victory will guarantee it.
In their first AFCON match Tunisia suffered a very controversial 1-0 loss to Mali. This after the referee blew the final whistle twice before time was actually up.
Despite that disappointing result, Tunisia bounced back well to thrash Mauritania 4-0 last time out. Hamza Mathlouthi opened the scoring before Wahbi Khazri scored a brace. The scoring was closed by Seifeddine Jaziri.
