Tunisia Women Form

Tunisia had to settle for a share of the spoils in their Women's Africa Cup of Nations clash against Algeria after the score ended 0-0.

Tunisia frustrated Algeria during both halves of the match to earn a point for their efforts, but lacked the finishing touch for the second consecutive time in this competition.

Tunisia had 30% possession and five shots in the game, with one attempt on target.

Before that, Tunisia lost their opening group stage match to Nigeria by three goals to nil.

Tunisia have won one of their last five matches, including three defeats and one draw. They have scored five goals and conceded nine.

Tunisia still have a chance to make the quarter-finals, but other results must go their way, and they must beat Botswana convincingly; however, they have yet to score a goal in this competition.

Botswana succumbed to their second consecutive defeat in Group B mid-week, losing 1-0 to Nigeria.

Botswana kept Nigeria at bay for the duration of the contest but finally conceded a minute before full-time.

Before that, Botswana lost their opening WAFCON fixture 1-0 to Algeria.

Botswana have a slim chance of progressing further in the competition as one of the best third-place finishers, but must beat Tunisia; however, they have been struggling to create many chances to score goals.
