Real Madrid outshot Juventus 21-6 in the round of 16 in a 1-0 victory. They beat Dortmund 3-2 in the quarter-finals to reach the last four of the competition. 

Defenders Ferland Mendy, David Alaba and Dean Huijsen are ruled out. The latter is serving a ban after his red card vs Dortmund. 

Eduardo Camavinga is injured in midfield. Kylian Mbappe is back from illness and could start against his former employers.
