Wolfsburg vs VfB Stuttgart

Wolfsburg are without a win in five league games, while Stuttgart have picked up an impressive four goals from six matches. Their defence is super tight and they should shut Wolfsburg’s strike force out, but they also have been light on goals, so I see this as a tight 1-0 away win.

Mainz vs Bayer Leverkusen

Home ground is unlikely to help Mainz against 5th-placed Bayer Leverkusen. Mainz is in the drop zone with four defeats from six, losing their last three games by an aggregate of 10-1. Leverkusen play it tight and are light on goals, but they should take this by two clear goals, with the talented defender Grimaldo Alejandro to add another long-range goal to his tally of two goals this season.

RB Leipzig vs Hamburger

Leipzig will want to cash in on playing 10th-placed Hamburger by picking up three points to consolidate their top-three spot. Hamburger bounced back from back-to-back defeats to go win-draw-win, but after the international break I can see Leipzig coming hard to rattle the visitors.

Bayern Munich vs Dortmund

Dortmund have been exceptional this season, winning four and drawing two of their six matches, with a goal split of 12:4. They won’t be a match for Bayern Munich at home, as the log-leaders have won six of six, with a goal split of 25:3! Their last three league matches have seen them win 5-0, 4-1 and 4-0, so I see them taking Dortmund by two goals.

Stuttgart to squeeze out hosts Wolfsburg, and Bayer Leverkusen to score an easy win over Mainz.

Leipzig to bring Hamburger back to earth and Bayern to dump Dortmund out of the unbeaten column.
