Sekhukhune United vs Kaizer Chiefs Predictions

The hosts are in better form and I see them winning. Chiefs’ defence is decimated by injuries so I’m backing a Sekhukhune win with BTTS Yes.

Babina Noko sit third in the PSL table after taking 11 points from their last five PSL fixtures.

A 2-1 win at Cape Town City was followed by a 2-0 home win vs Polokwane City. Following a 1-1 at TS Galaxy, won 1-0 at Orlando Pirates with just 25% ball possession.

Their last match yielded a 1-1 draw at Magesi FC. Sekhukhune had 69% of the ball but could only produce 1.09 xG.

Sekhukhune welcome back defender Sikhosonke Langa from suspension. Sipho Mbule has seen his loan spell cut short over off-field discipline problems.

Striker Chibuike Ohizu will serve a one-match ban here. Andy Boyeli is set to play up front.

Sekhukhune United Predicted Lineup

Leaner; Tshibwabwa, Cardoso, Letlapa; Mogaila, Mkhize, Monare, Rammala; Mntambo, Makgalwa; Boyeli.

Kaizer Chiefs Form & Team News

Chiefs ended a 10-year trophy drought last weekend. They’re winless in seven league matches though and are at risk of finishing outside the top eight.

A late 2-1 win over Mamelodi Sundowns in the Nedbank Cup semi-final was followed by a 0-0 draw at Chippa United. A 2-1 home loss to Marumo Gallants a 2-1 PSL loss vs Orlando Pirates followed.

Their last match brought a 2-1 win over Pirates in the Nedbank Cup final. An 80th minute goal sealed Chiefs’ first silverware since 2015.

Coach Nasreddine Nabi is without five defenders for various reasons. Reeve Frosler is injured at right back and both Given Msimango and Rushin Dortley are absent centrally.

Inacio Miguel and Bradley Cross miss out due to suspension.

Kaizer Chiefs Predicted Lineup

Bvuma; Solomons, Kwinika, Dove, Mashiane; Maart, Cele; Lilepo, Sirino, Mmodi; Duba.

Verdict

I see Both Teams scoring in a home win.
