The Riders were bowled out for 150 with one ball to spare, thanks to some superb bowling from Musfik Hasan (3/18) and Andre Russell (3/20).

The Victorians had no trouble hitting their target with six wickets and 14 balls in hand. Litton Das (43) got the innings off to a steady start, leaving Andre Russell to smash 43* off 12 balls to boost their net run rate as they push to oust the Riders from top spot.

Barishal ended a three-match winning run by losing to the Riders in a final-over thriller.

Barishal got off to a great start through Tamim Iqbal (33), Tom Banton (26) and Kyle Mayers (46), but they lost seven wickets for 19 runs as they collapsed to 151/9 off their 20 overs. 

The Barishal bowlers put in a superb display defending their score, capturing four wickets for 13 runs. Obed McCoy (3/34) and Mehidy Hasan Miraz (3/24) led a superb Barishal bowling display, but the Riders scraped home in the last over with three balls to spare and just one wicket!
