The Capitals have brought in a more impressive group of new players, while the Kings will be putting a lot of faith in Rilee Rossouw and Jonny Bairstow to find form with the bat.

Skipper Rishabh Pant has recovered from his horrific car crash injuries and is a match-winner on his own. Their batting is powerful, with Pant, Warner, Prithvi Shaw, Mitchell Marsh, Shai Hope and Tristan Stubbs all capable of tearing attacks apart.

Their bowling will challenge the opposition with the likes of Marsh, Anrich Nortje, Ishant Sharma, Jhye Richardson and Kuldeep Yadav.
