Sunil Narine took 2/33, while Andre Russell claimed the key wicket of Lhuan-dre Pretorius. Their second match saw them beat the Orcas by 81 runs thanks to 40 from Fletcher and an 11-ball 37 from Rovman Powell. Shadley van Schalkwyk (3/17) and Andre Russell (3/8) made light work of the Orcas batters to roll them for 115 off 15.3 overs.

MI New York Form


MI New York bounced back from a 30-run defeat in their opener to beat the Super Kings by eight wickets in their next match. They hit defeat again in their third match, losing their return match to the Super Kings by six wickets. 

Quinton de Kock, Tajinder Singh, Corbin Bosch and Sunny Patel all scored 20s, but with no-one pushing on to a bigger score they ended their 20 overs on 127/9.

Corbin Bosch (0/26, econ 6.50) and Rushil Ugarkar (2/16, econ 4.00) did their best to contain the Super Kings batters and made them work till the last over to scrape home.
