England Form
England have dropped off in the ODI format since their 2019 Cricket World Cup win. They have not managed to retain the same kind of consistency despite having quite a few world class players.
Just before the Champions Trophy, England lost an ODI series 3-0 to India away from home. It would have been good prep despite the defeats as conditions are likely similar.
Phil Salt and Ben Duckett scored some runs in those losses, but they will need more from the rest of the batting lineup to compete in the Champions Trophy.
England Injuries & Team News
England have fallen short in the bowling department of late while the batsmen have struggled on occasion, too. Much will come down to Jos Buttler, the key player to England’s potential success.
