Gurinder Sandhu is joint fifth on the wickets list, taking 10 scalps at a cost of 17.80 (S/R 10.80). Sandhu took 4/41 in the win over the Stars. Will Sutherland has kept the runs down to less than 34 in each of his five matches.

The Scorchers have received a significant boost with a trio of key inclusions for their upcoming match. Leading the charge is the speedy Jhye Richardson, who is back after being released from national duties. Opener Finn Allen is expected to return from a finger injury, and international player David Payne is set to make his BBL 15 debut for the team. However, the Scorchers will be missing Ashton Agar (calf), while Bryce Jackson and debutant Joel Curtis have been left out of the squad.

Meanwhile, the Renegades, fresh off their exciting Melbourne Derby victory, have made just one change for their trip west. Caleb Jewell, who transferred from the Hurricanes before BBL 15 and has yet to play for the Renegades, returns to the squad, replacing Harry Dixon, who has been left out.
